Every HexTex product is handcrafted in the United States and inspected before leaving our facility. Because we work with natural cotton and specialized woven materials, slight variations in color, texture, weave, and finish are normal. Subtle discoloration or variation in the natural fabric is part of its character and is not considered a defect.
Returns
We want you to feel good about your HexTex purchase.
If you are simply unhappy with your purchase, contact the authorized distributor you purchased from within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
For standard returns, the product must be clean, undamaged, and unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
If your HexTex product arrives defective or was damaged before leaving our facility, please contact us or your authorized distributor. Once the issue is confirmed, we will make it right with a refund or replacement.
Original proof of purchase may be required.
HexTex products are currently sold exclusively through authorized distributors, including Relax Saunas and Raylieve. Returns and product guarantees apply only to purchases made through an authorized HexTex seller.
Caring for HexTex
HexTex is made for everyday life, so caring for it should be easy.
Machine wash with light colors in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle using your normal detergent. Air dry or tumble dry on low. That's it.
Hand washing is always a great option and offers the gentlest care, but it isn't required. HexTex is designed to be used, enjoyed, and washed when it needs it.
We recommend avoiding bleach and high heat, as both can be tough on natural cotton over time.
Like your favorite cotton blanket or shirt, HexTex may soften and develop subtle changes in texture and appearance the more you use and wash it. That's normal.
Don't be afraid to use it.
Sleep with it. Wrap up in it. Take it into the sauna. Travel with it. Wash it.
